Health Coaching is a transformative process that provides support and guidance to change the trajectory of your health journey. Health Coaching allows you to stay in the ‘driver’s seat’.
We discover what you want to achieve, why you want it, what’s holding you back and then we create a step by step, easy to follow Health Plan so that you can reach your health and wellness goals.
We explore your health goals in relation to optimizing your work performance, family life and other areas of life that are important to you.
During the initial session we explore your priorities (sleep, nutrition, weight or stress management, optimizing energy levels), obstacles, values and building in support so that you reach your goals.
If you want to feel more energetic, make sustainable changes in your eating habits, embark on a more active lifestyle or take control of a health condition then Health Coaching may just be for you.

Prior to the first session you will receive a Health & Wellbeing Questionnaire as well as a Coaching Contract to complete and return.

During the Initial session, we review the Health & Wellbeing Questionnaire and then together create a ‘Health Plan’ including:
- A Healthy Lifestyle Vision/Mission statement
- 3 Monthly Goals
- Weekly Goals -
The subsequent sessions are an opportunity to review each of the goals, celebrate success, create new weekly goals and provide education/support as required.

Health Coaching is personalised depending on the goals you have and the work to be done.
Typically, a minimum of three months is advised with weekly sessions for the first month and then a monthly session.

Yes. Whilst face to face is always ideal, time pressures, distance and commitments make utilising phone or video conferencing sessions a great way to connect and consult.
